On our package instructions
we give vegan ingredients to use in the mixes, but you can definitely substitute
with others.
Frosting:
Replace margarine with butter (if you are not vegan)
Frosting:
Replace margarine with coconut oil (when it gets warm it may "sweat"
a little)
Chocolate Frosting:
Replace margarine with mashed-till-smooth ripe avocado
In our Cakes:
Use any kind of oil * except nut oils
* We recommend Olive oil because
it is super healthy and has been used for thousands of years. It can add
a little extra flavor that some people don't care for. Ask at your store
for the brand and filtering with the lightest olive flavor.
* We don't recommend canola
oil is because there is evidence that it is not a food grade oil.
